Brand Management
When managing multiple brands, it’s important to ensure you keep all brand elements aligned with all marketing and communication initiatives. Take a look at how I keep them organized and on brand during my marketing processes.
Branding Kit
When creating a brand, and/or managing one, it’s important to create a brand kit. This would include all font types, font sizes, brand colors, brand look and feel, and more. This allows you to keep all of your assets aligned with the brand. For example, when creating and designing the website, you use the brand kit as a template for what your fonts, font sizes, and colors should be as a default.
I also put together a folder of all images used and that could possibly used for the specific brand.
Check out an example of a brand kit below.
Quarterly Newsletter
I have created newsletters for the company and internal employees. This newsletter would go out every quarter of the year. Content would include articles from the CEO, someone from the management team, a call center agent, the HR Department, and more.
Everyone always looked forward to getting the newsletter every quarter and seeing the fun things inside. Check out a few examples below
